Conferences/meetings

From sourcing your venue, delegate management right through to running the event on the day, EMD will make sure that every detail is covered and your conference is a great success.

Christmas Parties/Gala Dinners

EMD has the experience, creativity and capability to make your gala dinner one to remember. Your gala dinner will be organised and managed by your own dedicated and experienced event manager who will ensure that the design, venue, menu, atmosphere, service and entertainment are of the highest quality.

Charity Events

EMD believes they offer a valuable service to any organisation looking to raise much needed funds for your chosen charity. From skydiving to a relaxed meal, EMD have the experience to make your event fun, stress free and most importantly financially viable for your charity.

Bespoke Registration System

We pride ourselves on being there for you and our delegates throughout the organisational process as well as on the day.  This includes the provision of a bespoke online registration system with secure electronic payment facilities as well as electronic check-in during the event.

We will design your registration page around your specific requirements.  Our system can cater for any type of event large or small and will allow your delegates to register for your conference with great ease.  Following completion of registration each delegate will receive a confirmation email which links them their personal dashboard where they will have access to all the necessary information relating to their booking.  

Our system incorporates various payment options including credit or debit card payments or should you prefer we can accommodate payments via the traditional method of cheque or BACS payments – the choice is yours.

Our system also provides the following bolt-on options:

  • Delegate emails/notifications

Our system provides the option to email delegates at any time pre, during and post event.  This allows you to contact your delegates at the touch of a button.

  • Workshops and Social Events

If your programme includes workshops, parallel meetings or extra curricular activities then our system can accommodate your needs.

  • Name Badges

The system can generate electronic name-badges which can be emailed to delegates prior to the event.

  • Feedback/CPD certification

Post your event all delegates can be notified of on-line feedback which can generate automated CPD certificates.
